THE KENNEDYS: as a family clan, surpassed only by the British royals in its radiance, prominence and mystique. A battered family with facets still little known: nine siblings, including five sisters, whose lives set highlights of the American century and revealed its abysses. But also their Irish origin, the "Irishness" plays a role - a European watermark in an American dream.

The documentary THE KENNEDYS analyzes the web of relationships, its social gravity, but also the centrifugal forces that became effective between the nine siblings, six of whom were active in politics.
